Redefying Wholesale thru Nike Marketplace Transform Initiative

Roll-out of Nike Branded Retail Concepts within Wholesale Partner Spaces.

As a retail designer at Nike, I led the development of several Nike retail concepts that rolled out with our wholesale partners across the US and Canada. As part of the Marketplace Transform Initiative, Nike partnered with key wholesalers and created Nike-branded spaces within their stores. This required a clear understanding of each wholesale partner's stores, tiers, and, often, their fixture packages. The main objective of the roll-out design was to have a consistently branded store, adaptable for seasonal and product storytelling change-outs. Each wholesale partner had their unique Nike-branded concept, which made these stores more than just a shop and shop but a Nike + Brand destination.

As part of the design, I worked on many fixture programs and fixture-blocking layouts to maximize storytelling and product presentation within the spaces while maintaining the required higher capacity.

Below are images of a few of the retail concepts I led design on, which included the following: Nike Fieldhouse at Dick's Sporting Goods, Nike Kicks Lounge at Footaction, Nike Training Club at Macy's, Nike Women's at Lady Foot Locker and Six:02, Nike at Sports Authority to name a few.
